Italy 2013

Our two week trip to Italy proved one of the most enjoyable photographic excursions I've ever done. Partly it must be because I'm getting better at working my photographic work into the overall structure of the "vacation" that everyone else in my party seems intent on enjoying (the nerve!) but the overall vibe of Italy has to take some of the credit. This was my first visit and surely won't be my last.

Because I took so many photographs I've divided them up into five groups. The first two are chronological as well as geographic: We spent our first week in Cinque Terra and our second in the Dolomites. The other three groups are based on subject matter.
